Timothy Steppan is a U.S. Air Force veteran with a deep passion for discipleship, mentorship, and strengthening the faith of those serving in the military community. Through his life and ministry, Tim is committed to walking alongside servicemen and women as they grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith with purpose and conviction.

Tim holds a Master of Science in Multi-Disciplinary Education and a Master of Religious Education, equipping him to effectively teach, mentor, and guide others in both academic and spiritual growth. He has a particular heart for investing in the next generation, mentoring young servicemen as well as supporting young men and women pursuing further education through online learning.

In addition to his mentoring work, Tim is actively involved in prayer ministry, including participating in prayer gatherings that support Gold Star and White Star families. His compassionate presence and steady faith make him a source of encouragement to those navigating both the challenges of military life and the weight of personal loss.

His desire is to see lives transformed through Christ, as individuals are equipped to walk faithfully, serve others, and stand firm in their calling—both in and out of uniform.
