Discipleship
Formed in Christ. Faithful in Every Assignment. At Christian Military Fellowship, discipleship is not a program — it is the central mission shaping every ministry and every relationship.
The Heart of It
Military service forms discipline, endurance, and leadership.
But spiritual endurance requires intentional formation.
Discipleship is the steady process of growing in Christlikeness — learning to live faithfully, think biblically, lead humbly, and serve courageously.
CMF exists to cultivate that growth through structured teaching, peer engagement, mentorship, and leadership development across military communities.
We do not pursue attendance.
We pursue transformation.

Discipleship at Every Level
Discipleship within CMF happens through:
-
Scripture-centered Bible studies
-
Military Marriage Ministry
-
Peer-led Financial Workshops
-
Homeschool Support
-
Trauma Healing Ministry
-
Leadership development pathways
-
Mentorship and facilitator training
Every ministry environment is designed to move participants toward deeper spiritual maturity and increasing responsibility.

Our Discipleship Philosophy
We believe discipleship involves:
-
Biblical literacy
-
Spiritual discipline
-
Covenant faithfulness
-
Moral integrity
-
Servant leadership
-
Multiplication
Growth is not private accumulation of knowledge.
It is formation that shapes homes, leadership, and culture.

Designed to Multiply
CMF discipleship does not stop at personal growth. We intentionally equip participants to disciple others. Members are encouraged to:
-
Lead studies
-
Facilitate workshops
-
Mentor couples
-
Support younger families
-
Strengthen installations
To Win. To Disciple. To Equip. To Win.

The Impact
When discipleship is intentional:
-
Faith deepens beyond emotion.
-
Leadership strengthens under pressure.
-
Marriages grow steadier.
-
Families become resilient.
-
Witness becomes credible.
Spiritual formation strengthens readiness in every sphere of life.
