CH(MAJ) Steve Satterfield, USAR (Ret.)
Doctor of Ministry (Marriage and Family Counseling)
Ministry to Fort Carson
Steve has spent more than three decades serving people in ministry and chaplaincy. A retired U.S. Army Reserve chaplain and federal chaplain with the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons, Steve has walked alongside service members, families, and individuals from many walks of life, offering pastoral care, encouragement, and biblical guidance.
Steve holds a Doctor of Ministry in Marriage and Family Counseling and is ordained through Vineyard USA. For 24 years he served under the endorsement of the National Association of Evangelicals’ Chaplains Commission.
Today, Steve continues to serve through Christian Military Fellowship, teaching online Bible studies and participating in ministry to the military community at Fort Carson. He has a deep heart for helping believers grow in their faith and for encouraging those serving in the military to follow Christ faithfully wherever they are stationed.
