Bob Flynn has been a foundational leader within Christian Military Fellowship since its earliest days, faithfully serving the ministry for decades in numerous roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Through his steady leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment, Bob has helped shape and sustain CMF into the ministry it is today. 

Many of the ministry’s enduring systems and processes were developed under his leadership.

Known for his humility and servant-hearted leadership, Bob has consistently pointed others not to himself, but to Christ.

When asked to share a bio reflecting his many years of service, Bob instead responded with the following Scripture—capturing the heart with which he has always led:
