Kathleen J. Orr
President & CEO | Women’s Ministry – Fairchild AFB
Kathleen “Kathi Jo” Orr serves as President and CEO of Christian Military Fellowship, bringing a unique blend of professional excellence, compassionate leadership, and deep personal faith to the ministry. With a background as a trial attorney and philanthropist, she first became involved with CMF through years of dedicated volunteer service, including three terms on the Board of Directors, before being called into her current leadership role.
Kathi Jo’s heart for service has been evident throughout her life, particularly in her commitment to supporting military families and those in need. In 2006, she was honored with the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award for her humanitarian efforts, including her service on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross, San Bernardino Chapter, where she helped care for military families and communities impacted by disaster.
She was awarded The President’s Volunteer Service Award in 2011 for her work with Soldiers’ Angels and received a Certificate of Appreciation from the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) in 2012 for helping provide Christmas care packages and encouragement to deployed troops in Afghanistan.
Kathi Jo also has a deep passion for missions and has served as a short-term missionary in Russia, France, China, Mexico, and other locations around the world. These experiences have strengthened her desire to share the hope of Christ across cultures and to support the global body of believers.
Today, through her leadership at CMF and her involvement in Women’s Ministry at Fairchild Air Force Base, Kathi Jo continues her lifelong commitment to encouraging and equipping service members and military families to grow in their faith and live it out with strength and purpose.
“…but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits.” — Daniel 11:32b
