Anthony Jarrett, USMC Veteran
Ministry to Camp LeJeune and MCAS New River, NC Fund #4255
Reboot Recovery Leader
Anthony Jarrett is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a deep calling to walk alongside service members and their families during some of life’s most difficult seasons. Actively engaged in ministry at Camp Lejeune and MCAS New River, Anthony is known for his compassion, availability, and unwavering commitment to discipleship and spiritual growth.
Through daily mentorship, devotionals, and Bible studies, Anthony invests consistently in the lives of Marines and their families—often those who feel they are at the end of their rope. His steady presence and Christ-centered encouragement have earned him the affectionate nickname within CMF of “Jesus’ Tow Truck Driver,” reflecting the way he faithfully comes alongside others in moments of crisis, helping guide them back to hope and truth.
Anthony is a trained Reboot Recovery leader and is actively involved in initiatives such as the Carry the Heart Program as well as religious education. His ministry is deeply relational, focused on meeting people where they are and walking with them toward healing, restoration, and a stronger relationship with Christ.
In response to the growing number of individuals he was mentoring, Anthony founded Virtual Military Ministry (VMM) in 2021, beginning with simple devotionals shared among a small group of Marines. What started as a grassroots effort quickly grew into a broader outreach through social media, providing biblical encouragement and connection to military members across locations. VMM has since been integrated into the broader mission of Christian Military Fellowship, expanding its reach and impact.
Anthony is passionate about equipping others for spiritual growth, offering guidance, mentorship, and practical discipleship to those navigating the unique challenges of military life.
He is married to his wife, Holly, and together they are raising three beautiful children. As a family, they share a heart for serving the military community and pointing others to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
